HKABA-SA CHAPTER BUSINESS AWARDS 2012 |

 On 10 August 2012, Hong Kong Australia Business Association South Australian Chapter's annual Business Award Gala Dinner was held at the Adelaide Entertainment Centre.
The Business Awards is in its 9th year and celebrates South Australia's outstanding businesses and individuals who are helping to build a closer trade and investment relationship with Hong Kong and China.
The Hon Jay Weatherill MP, Premier of South Australia, delivered the keynote address for the gala dinner to over 300 guests, who were also entertained throughout the night with fashion parades and live music.
This year, the Business Awards saw a 25 per cent increase in the number of nominations with 20 finalists selected for the six award categories. Two new categories were introduced this year to reflect the business relationship between South Australia and Hong Kong: Contribution to Financial and Professional Services and Young Professional of the Year.
