  Hong Kong Fashion Collections hits Sydney’s Fashion Exposed  
     
  Sydney’s Fashion Exposed, held from the 8-10 March at Sydney Exhibition Convention Centre, Darling Harbour was the platform for four renowned Hong Kong fashion designers to join with more than 580 fashion and accessory companies to launch their latest fashion ranges. More than 5,500 trade buyers attended the three day event.  
       
  New season collections by Harrison Wong of Harrison Wong Limited, DoDo Leung, IDEE Creations, Henry Lau, with Spy International Limited and Winsome Lok of Winsome Fashion Limited were presented during a runway show and networking cocktail reception .The event was hosted by the Hong Kong Trade Development Council with the support of HKABA NSW Chapter on Monday 9th March at Fashion Exposed. The runway show attracted over 200 trade buyers along with local and Chinese media. Fashion Exposed was heralded a success for the HK fashion designers with numerous business contacts made along with some serious enquiries and a confirmed order.  
     
  The presence of these Hong Kong designers at Fashion Exposed further emphasised Hong Kong’s image as a fashion design centre and a major global sourcing hub for clothing.  
     
  Fashion plays an important role in Hong Kong’s economy, and Hong Kong's fashion designers are gaining a worldwide reputation for their professional expertise, sensitivity to current trends and ability to blend commercialism with innovation.
