 Very best wishes to you all in 2013 and the Year of the Snake.
The coming year gives every indication that it is going to be another busy year for the Hong Kong Inc. family here in Sydney.
One focus of the HKETO is going to be our Youth Strategy. This is in response to our discovery that most young Aussies and Kiwis… and I define young as under 35 years old… do not know that Hong Kong was a British territory until 1997, and hence do not understand why Hong Kong is so different to every other Chinese city. If you don't believe me, start asking a few youngsters!
This is going to prove a major and sustained challenge for us. Any cost-effective suggestions on how we can reach out to this audience will be warmly welcomed.
