In early August, the Export Council of Australia in conjunction with the Hong Kong Trade Development Council held an educational webinar on “Opportunities in Asia via Hong Kong: Food & Wine Industries”. Toni Wade and Cloris Long from the Hong Kong Trade Development Council Sydney office presented up-to-date market insights, and highlighted opportunities for Australian food and wine products in Hong Kong and Mainland China.
George Davey AM, Director of Pirrama Consulting Pty Ltd, also discussed his experience in exporting food and beverage into Asia, including Norco’s journey to get fresh milk into China.
