HKETO Sydney welcomes new Deputy Director and Head of Public Relations |

Hong Kong Economic and Trade Office (HKETO) Sydney recently announced two new key appointments: Bernard Lo as Deputy Director and Rimy Choi as Head of Public Relations. |

 About Bernard Lo
Mr Lo was appointed as the Deputy Director of the HKETO in September 2013. In the past, he has undertaken a wide variety of policy responsibilities, including: financial services, education and entertainment licensing. Prior to his current posting, Mr Lo worked at the Office of the Government Chief Information Officer, overseeing the rewrite of the information and communications technology blueprint of Hong Kong, e-government policies and the Government’s open data programme.
Mr Lo is married. He holds a Bachelor of Science from the Chinese University of Hong Kong and a Master of Public Administration from the University of Hong Kong.

 About Rimy Choi
Ms Choi joined HKETO in November 2013. In the past she has worked in the public relations and information units of various Hong Kong government departments, including the Urban Services Department, Planning Department and Hong Kong Police. Prior to her current posting, Ms Choi was responsible for the promotion of Government’s leisure and cultural programmes and activities.
Ms Choi is married with one child.
